How does the above paragraph prove
(a) this mutation began 3300 years ago
(b) it began in Asia
(c) Aaron was the first to have it.

Cohen, here he means a modern day man who calls himself a Cohen. Cohen were descendants of Aaron who prepared burnt offerings and such IN the temple or tabernacle.

Sephardic = Spanish.. I don't know why they just don't just call themselves Spanish.
I don't know what a Spanish background would mean other than he lived in Spain and his parents were born in North Africa
(Where in North Africa?)

So here we have a guy reading scriptures and his parents were born in Africa.
No scientific information here.. just some fluff to make the story bigger.
