"And it shall be to him and to his descendants after him a covenant of everlasting Priesthood. " [Numbers 25:13]

How does the above paragraph prove
(a) this mutation began 3300 years ago
(b) it began in Asia
(c) Aaron was the first to have it.

The context of this information begins with 25:6 After an Israelite brought a non Israelite into the congregation, Phinehas killed both of them with a javelin and prevented a plague.

Numbers 25:10  And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
Numbers 25:11  Phinehas, the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the priest, hath turned my wrath away from the children of Israel, while he was zealous for my sake among them, that I consumed not the children of Israel in my jealousy
Numbers 25:12  Wherefore say, Behold, I give unto him my covenant of peace:
Numbers 25:13  And he [Phiinehas] shall have it, and his seed   [Phiinehas] after him, even the covenant of an everlasting priesthood; because he was zealous for his God, and made an atonement for the children of Israel.

Here the context is not about the seed of Aaron, but the seed of Phinehas because of his act of killing the non Israelite brought into the congregation.
The promise was not go give Phinehas an invisible mutation, nor a wart on the nose, but an everlasting priest hood.

There is nothing in this verse that mentions any thing about any physical marker, but it is an eternal service the descendants of  Phiinehas would provide.
