jgm00065-Skorecki-DNA-Assertion

Those Jews in the study who identified themselves as Levites did not show a common set of markers as did the Cohanim.

How does the above paragraph prove
(a) this mutation began 3300 years ago
(b) it began in Asia
(c) Aaron was the first to have it.

There is no evidence that the 'Jews' in that study are any thing but European descendants. If they lack Asian/African ancestors, they have no connection to any one in those bible accounts.
As for the 'Levites' there is no more evidence that mutation came from Aaron than there is evidence it came from an old Russian sheep herder.
Every thing this guy writes is a leap in logic. He uses adjectives to identify people in which he has nothing but hearsay to use.

If they all came from Jacob/Israel and the mutation is always passed from father to son, they would all have it.
If it came from Aaron... when counted there were 22,000 Levites.. Aaron would have been 1/22,000th of all Levites and only 1 in 22,000 of all Levite descendants would have that mutation.
