jgm00059-Skorecki-DNA-Assertion

[Science News, October 3, 1998] Wider genetic studies of diverse present day
Jewish communities show a remarkable genetic cohesiveness.

How does the above paragraph prove
(a) this mutation began 3300 years ago
(b) it began in Asia
(c) Aaron was the first to have it.

This is not 'Science News' but some person who wrote this article.

Wider genetic studies follow this same line of logic, compare modern populations with modern populations and that is evidence of something ancient populations had 3000 years ago.

This study does not prove any thing about 'Jewish communities' but only those who have this mutation.

'Jewish communities' are packed full of 'converts', the descendants of 'converts' and families which can be connected to regular old European ancestors who were not 'Jewish'
